Nokia triumphs

And back on the road :)
Using this boring three hour long break to share with you of what I have learned today:

According to J.D Power and Associates Nokia surpassed Samsung and is now officially manufacturing second most satisfying smartphones behind Apple on the US market.
Users satisfaction score was based on performance (33%), design (23%), features (22%) and ease of use (22%).

It does not really surprises me that Samsung is loosing field in this particular battle, their phones, even though with superior hardware, are not really reliable – buying them is like playing a roulette, you can get a working one, or a barely working piece of plastic.
And their customer support and services are next to none in blowing. Of course Samsung is not the only one to blame. I can imagine bad performance of android on mid tier phones, lack of updates, unreliability and interface very much like Apples made their impact as well.

As for Apple, I guess Nokia has real chances of surpassing them in a future, Microsoft just needs to get its shit straight and fix all those small annoying bugs and implement missing features.

And if you wondered – yup I am pretty much biased in my opinion, but it is all due to my experiences with android and Samsung. I might even write a story about that one day :)
